  1. Click "Save"

  2. Save it to your desktop

  3. Once it has downloaded double click on the icon on your desktop
  4. If there is a security warning click "run" or "OK"
  5. You will then have the remote support screen. Please provide the number in "Your ID" and the password in "Password" boxes to the CenCom Support technician
